This is getting more interesting than the previous season.
lol seriously the pacing really took the kick in the ass it needed like a champ. I'm happy that there was zero delay between this and the last season as well.
I'm pretty sure the lack of delay was caused exactly by the "set up" nature of the previous season. They saw that people might lose interest if they're not patient enough with exposition and side questing that only later pays off into the story, and worked on leading the plot to the more climactic challenges.
We got lucky. I didn't thought we would get two seasons in a row because this anime isn't popular at all.
just like season 2 u cant even tell whos side the characters are fighting here in s4 lol
it felt like an entire arc happened in 1 episode XD
Just finishing up. The last two seasons have been complicated AF.
Go orphan!
So Damian makes the lord unkillable, but what can the lord do on his own?
BTW, the kenpo assassin is pretty cool and I wonder if the nun working with him would be able to do anything more than being Corgon's punching bag.
Shame season 3 was so "meh", this is getting better as we go!
good stuff
That end :O
ooo shit love me some azalie!
and how the hell is the lord alive that dude looked hella creepy walking in like that
and the assassin guy is really just bodying everyone with martial arts thats crazy lmaooo
As I said this will go over your head if you hadn't read or watched previous works. Not the current works.
I've never touched the novels or manga, only browsed through some character profiles revealing some major plot-points and the free synopses/openers for each volume. Still can understand most of what's going on and only need to try a bit to recall some of the previous pot-twists in bigger detail. This doesn't affect my understanding of the current events, but it might make a rewatch of the first two seasons necessary to get the bigger picture more clearly, with the newly added info.
The problem is that some people pick up more complex series and don't bother with paying close attention to what's going on even in the episode at hand, preferring to rush through the exposition, thus they fail to understand what's going on, and then complain that they don't know what's going on, even though it's a consequence of their own plot indifference. I've seen the same thing happening even with more simplistic shounen series, which do explain lots of things, yet people say x event or y development makes no sense 4 seasons in.
yeah I agree
What the fucvk is going on ?
Same. I don't even understand how this "network" they're talking about works.
That guy didn't die😱
